Healthycell products are made in the USA and manufactured at a facility that operates under strict FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

Healthycell was developed by physicians, nutritionists, and dietitians to empower people to lead healthier lives. 

Our headquarters office is located in Montclair, New Jersey, and orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Haven, Connecticut.

Healthycell ships to all countries either directly or through licensed distributors. However, Healthycell cannot guarantee customs clearance certain countries and cannot estimate duties that may or may not be levied in other countries.  

Healthycell accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards for single orders and subscription orders. For single orders we also accept PayPal.

Healthycell offers are 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied and wish to return your product, contact us within 30-days of your purchase, and we will help you send back any unused product in exchange for a product refund. Please note Healthycell does not send return shipping labels or reimburse for return shipments.

Healthycell subscriptions offer significant product discounts and free shipping on all orders within the United States. Subscriptions are commitment free and you are able to adjust your order date, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please note changes to subscriptions must be done before a subscription order is placed. Any changes made after an order is processed will be implemented on future orders.

You can modify your subscription details under the My Subscriptions tab in your Healthycell Account. We cannot adjust an order after the order is placed.

We don’t lock our customers into anything. You may cancel your subscription or adjust your orders at any time when you log into your Healthycell Account. Please note all discounts are lost upon cancelation, and may not be applied to reactivated subscriptions.

Orders placed before 10 PM EST are shipped the following business day. Shipping transit time depends on the carrier and service type selected. Orders that qualify for free shipping typically arrive within 3-4 business days once they are shipped.

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. If you do not receive your order, first check that it was delivered. If you have not received your order, but the tracking number states your shipment was delivered, you may contact the shipment carrier for further assistance.

Healthycell does not refund or send complimentary products for orders that are sent to an incorrect address. If you have a new shipping address you may update those details in your Healthycell Account before your order is placed. If by chance you forgot to update your subscription’s shipping address, you may contact us to place another order to ship to your new address.

You may log into your Healthycell Account here. If you forgot your login credentials follow this link to reset your password. A temporary password will be sent to your email address on file. If you do not see an email in your inbox, it may have been delivered to your spam folder by mistake.
