International Shipments
International non-subscription orders are shipped directly from the United States. Healthycell is not responsible for customs fees or duties, and cannot guarantee customs clearance in a destination country outside the United States. Any shipments blocked by customs will be refunded only after they are returned by the customer and received by Healthycell in an undamaged condition, otherwise refunds will not be issued.
International orders will be shipped using USPS. Prices are calculated based on distance, weight, and carrier rates, and are shown in your bag and during checkout as an estimate in the order summary. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout, exact shipping charges are calculated and shown in the order summary.

Tracking Shipments
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once packages are shipped, and orders can be tracked on our website at healthycell.com/tracking.
Order Adjustments
Once the order is placed, the order can no longer be adjusted or canceled after 5 pm EST on that business day.
