I had an automatic subscription order go through, and I don’t want it. Can I cancel this order and get a refund?

We cannot cancel an order that has already been placed, but we can certainly help you return the order for a refund and/or delay your next subscription order date, if needed. If you don’t want to accept the order and would like a refund, you may mail the unopened and undamaged product to:
