We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days of your orders so we can help you return your order for a product refund, or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. Returns must include the product and the order number to be refunded. After 30-days from the order date, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted, and refunds are no longer issued. Healthycell is not responsible for the payment of return shipments on domestic and international orders. International returns must be returned by the customer, and a refund will be honored only after the product it is received by Healthycell. Any orders that are left unclaimed or abandoned in customs will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return, we will refund you within 1-7 business days. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Shipping charges and the cost of return shipping are not eligible for refund.
