Are purchase transactions with CCNow secure?

Yes. CCNow's shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Checkout button, CCNow switches to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.

All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard, but the customer can choose to checkout using Non-Secure Mode if necessary.

Which credit cards does CCNow accept?

CCNow accepts all major credity cards -- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus and Diner Club cards.

This includes all card types which are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.

Does CCNow accept other forms of payment from customers, such as paper checks, online checks, or EFT transfers?

In addition to the charge cards listed above, CCNow also accepts PayPal payment transactions.

And customers who want to pay for merchandise from their checking account can use a Visa or MasterCard check card or debit card, however. These types of cards are connected directly into a customer's checking account.

How long does it take for an order to be processed, and what is the sequence of events that occurs after an order is placed?

After a customer places an order, CCNow sends an Order Confirmation to the customer's E-mail address. This can also be used as an invoice or receipt, if the customer chooses to print the E-mail message.

CCNow's system processes a batch of orders every four to six hours, depending on sales volume. Batch processing takes place continuously, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Occasionally, an order will take longer than four to six hours to process, depending on the issuing bank's computer systems, and whether the issuing bank requests special authorization procedures.

After the customer's credit card has been successfully billed, CCNow then sends you the order. Our Client Agreement requires that HealthyCell ship the order within five to seven business days. (HealthyCell normally ships orders within 24 business hours of receiving notice from CCNow. Customers will receive shipment confirmation via email. If item/s ordered are out of stock, customer will receive notification via email with estimated date of shipment.)

When CCNow sends HealthyCell an order, CCNow sends it to two places: (1) The order appears in HealthyCell's Pending Orders screen within the CCNow Client Account Access Page; and (2) CCNow also sends a copy of the order to you in email. (Credit Card information is never revealed via email).
